Cloud 9 is a new city-user relationship proposal based on the idea of forsaking the ground plane and conquering a higher level. A new bond will be established between those brave enough to climb the heights and the public space extended to all the city visible through the pavilion. The appropriation will be done. Cloud 9 will be built by a latticework of wooden beams and steel brackets with 1,35m square openings that will allow to climb up to the 4,00m high level by stairs that pass through them.
